bank rules for lockers

dear sir,
my father was legally adopted by her massi after her death in 1992 in kolkotta their was a locker on her name she had not mentioned the nominee my father filed a case for the locker and fight till 2004-2005 my father was living in indore so he was not able to go kolkotta on the time thats why the case has been so streched for the years all the papers required were submited to the court but our lawyer was not supporting us when ther was a final hearing he was not in the court and my father come back on the next hearing lawyer told that the date in jan 2005 was last to make the case continue so send me the money or the case would be closed at that time our financial condition was miserable we were not able to send money and the lawyer want to streched the case for more time so we havn't contacted him till now so what we can do now is their any hope kindly reply

If you didn't appear before the court it may affect the case, so contact your lawyer and get the information.

If you could provide the case details and the name of the court then further help could be provided. I believe the court was either City Civil Court or the Alipore Court.
