sir i want to start new real estate business. Can you suggest me how can i start and from where i have to start it? How i can convert agricultural land into NA. What leagalities and formalities i need to do? Is there any restriction of qualification? My place is nagpur maharashtra.

1- You are owner of the Land

2- Apply for Lay Out

3- You have to apply for conversion of Agri land in to Non agri land

4- As You are owner of the Land - as Owner you can sell the plots /after approval of the lay out / or/ you can keep the property

5- Real Estate Business - As on this day you are only one person - no partners - you can continue the property affairs as single owner /proprietor - in case you what to invite any other person as your partner -you can Constitute a Partnership Firm by executing Deed of Partnership Deed and Register the Firm !

6- Consult the Chartered Account for Tax planing and Capital gains /profits etc

Sign the agreement with agricultural land owner, get it converted into NA plots and sell it, no qualification is needed.for long run honesty is required.
