Contract Labour (R&A) Act,1972

In case the main contractor gives the work to a sub-contractor then in that case whether i am supposed to give Form-V to (1) only main contractor or to(2)only sub contractor or to (3)both of them.Are there any case laws on this issue.

Hi Mr.Das,
To put the question in simple manner-I am the Principal Employer who has given a work order to a firm named A.For the work to be carried out A gives contract to B.Now
being a Principal employer to whom should I give Form V under the COntract Labour(R&A)Act.
