Custody of step child

I married to a woman who had a six year son from her ex husband (not divorced). She had adopted one girl prior to our marriage. She died in an accident after 3 years of our marriage. Who will be keeping the custody of the son as the BIO Father is still alive

Your query lacks required information, how could you marry a woman without she got divorce?

For the six year old son the biological father is the guardian as the divorce has not been decreed similarly for the girl she is the mother and after going through the adoption deed we would be able to find out who is the adoptive father of the girl.
