read sections 436 to 439 of Cr.P.C, you will get idea, get a book of criminal pleadings it may help you a lot.

I want advice particularly in regular bail n under prohibition act. and anticipatory bail also.

I agree with Mr.Saxena.In practical side,for getting an ordinary bail you have to file:
a.bail memo
b.two sureties having basic tax recept or salary certificate,
c.two affidavits made by each sureties,and
d.bail application.
