sir
law college where i worked for 18yrs is private so didn't give appointment order but in records they used and shown me as full time staff.started harassment created absency and terminated. can i go for awrit
or any rule in service matters to get exaust remedy at district court?

you go to ALC office of complaint without perior notice you have been terminated by the authority.

respected pawan ji how can you send him alc without knowing what is the post of that person . he may be upper class employee. he can go civil court for remedies
