hello all expert

My question is that my father put deposite seprately in credite society on my family member name.my father, my one late brother, late mother, me and my wife name and one brother he is in out of india now. But society is not redy to pay my money so i want to file my complaint in consumer forum so my question is

Should i complaint sepratly or jointly?

Deposited money on same date and same society.

what is the procedure for complaint?

Your matter is not related to consumer forum. You are advised hereby hire the services of your local experienced civil lawyer. He will guide you properly.The remedy available for you is civil suit.

Dear Anonymous,
I hope that you have the receipt for those deposits.
One has to know what is the period for which the money was deposited - in otherwords, which does those deposits mature? Within three years from the date of maturity, you have to file a case for recovery of the money. If you do not file the case within three years, your claim will time-barred and you cannot recover the money.
Therefore, please approach any lawyer in your locality and show him the deposit receipts and he will advise you properly.
