the law relating to PG accommodation is not regulated in this part of region.
but for security concerns you are bound to get the police verification done (of every tenant).
make sure the stay of tenants remain peaceful and they dont indulge in illegal activities.

So its clear that I can use the society flat for PG accommodation.
* Do (each of) the tenants in PG accommodation sign a normal lease deed (separate lease deed for each tenant) or there is some other way?
* Can the tenant stay in the accommodation as long as he wants? or he can be evicted at any time? In case of normal tenancy, tenant can't be evicted easily (sometimes not at all) because the law is in the favour of the tenant.
I am thinking of going on the PG route because, as wrote above, normal tenants can't be evicted. But is PG same in this regard?

1. You take deeds of license and not lease deeds from them. Because paying guests are not tenants. 2. Once you terminate the license they have to go out immediately.
