wrong in Death Certifiacate

In Legal Heir certificate issued by Muncipal Authoraties the name of death person mentioned worng (ex: venkaiah as venkulu). It is necessary requies to rectify the mistakes what is the procidure
If purchased property any complications arise in future without rectify the error

by giving an application it can be rectified. get it corrected to avoid any legal problem in future.

You have to correct it with immediate effect. it is a valid document and the name must be specific in spelling also.

There will a form for correction in the Registrar of Births and Deaths office, you may require a document like ration card or other document to show the correct name. Attach the proof of name and the wrong wi;ll be corrected.
