HI EXPERTS

I WISH TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION TO PRACTICE IN DELHI JURISDICTIONAL COURTS. WHETHER REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE WITHOUT DEGREE ON THE BASIS OF MARKSHEETS ONLY. WHAT IS THE FEE INVOLVED THEREIN????

Please contact to Bar Council of Delhi. Enrollment form is always supported with the rules for admission on roll, documents required to be summitted alongwith the application and documents required to be submitted within the specified period if not in hands and fee.

You must be having the provisional certificate and get the form from the BCI, Khel gaon road or High court office and fill the form along with affidavit along with 2 good referees and therafter pay Rs 3,000/- one time fees and they will inform you about the counselling which is formal

In delhi Bar council ,Provisional certificate will be reatined by them forever then you have forget the LL.M or any job till you will not received the original degree
