dear sir/madam,

This is know the fact that, if there is a situation where an employer want to terminate the contract of his employee...

a) what are the liability of an employer toward his employee in termination of contract?

b)the liabilities arising from termination of contract can be contracted out or outsourced?

It depends upon the terms and conditions of employment and termination,if it is in writing.

The liabilities arise from the contract itself. If the contract is silent on this issue then the nature of consequence would determine the liabilities and its reach.
