LET THE FELLOW FILE CIVIL SUIT IN THE COURT .IT IS NOT THAT EASY TO PROVE THE FACTS. YOU BE CONFIDENT AND DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THE SAID PERSONS. YOU CAN DEFEND THE COURT MATTER WITH CONFIDENCE.GOOD LUCK.

KINDLY NOTE THAT THE GIVEN FACTS WOULD NOT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO BE CLAIMED IN THE COURT. BUT IN CASE DAMAGE IS MORE THE PLAINTIFF HAS TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT IN THE COURT MAKING THE RESPONDENTS AS PARENTS OF THE SAID CHILD. BUT KINDLY NOTE THAT PLAINT HAS TO SUBMIT DETAILS OF DAMAGES CAUSED WITH WITNESSES AND RESPONDENTS CAN STRONGLY DEFEND THE MATTER IN THE COURT. GOOD LUCK.

I do agree with Mr. Nandkumar. No court can decide any case against you without affording you the chance to hear. so don't worry.

Dear sir The question is about law and not about the fate of any case.
The question is very simple that if parents in Indiq are liable for tortious acts of their children? I afraid to say that no body botherd to answer the question.

As per my knowledge if the child is major then the parents are not liable.
