I had sent a legal notice to bank. but more than 1 month have passed they are not replying to my notice.
In this case what can i do. Can i sent one more reminder.

No it is not necessary to issue reminder, just file a case against the bank.

no need to send another notice .you may file a civil suit or a complaint to dist consumer court for remedy.kindly note that civil suit heavy court fee stamps are to be paid.hence you preferably file a complaint to the dist consumer court which will cost you less as compared to civil suit. good luck.

There is no need for reminder. you can approach to appropriate court of law for the relief which you demanded in notice.

Yes. I agree with them. You can also approach the Banking Ombudsman with your complaint and try there.

Author has not posted the details of his case. Please apprise the facts of the case in this forum for experts guidance and then proceed accordingly. Normally petty issues are resolved at the Corporate Head office of the bank itself.
