what is the procedure of executing a non bailable warrant in a private complaint issued against the accused in the other state

You have to send the warrant either through court or through the post to the officer in charge of the police station within whose jurisdiction the accused is staying.

Apart from sending the warrant to the Incharge of concerned police station,it cab be send through court to the Superintendent of Police of the locality ,so that it will have better effect
