dear sir,

my wife dead 1.5 year befor due to death of negligency of doctors/hospital how can i registered case agst them

you can file complaint before consumer forum but you have to attach a opinion of medical practitioner as well at the time of fling the case.

limitation to file consumer complaint in CF is 2 years from date of death of ur wife.file it asap.
