Respected Sir, Weather Principal Civil judge can give the relief of the declaration for " As Adoptive Child". In Case of Hindu family father have only daughters and no son than can he adopt a child who is his nephew? Or if it is yes so can he claim in the property? If there is no written evidence which saws that he is the adoptive child than? what is the share in the ancestral property of the daughters in father's immovable property?

I mean which is the competent authority which can held that A is the Adoptive Child. I want to file the application but i am confused weather i should move to the civil court or under guardian and wards act before the session court?
