Whatever May be decided by you all experts I feel its a wrong decision as there are limitations due to which people post anonymous the teasons being a person entangled in litigations cant post by their name as their opponents may also be accessing the site and may get to know their thoughts or actions they are working on. You all are teady to answer non anonymous queries how do you know the ID with which the query is posted is genuine as may be me posting as sanjeev is fake in reality.

So thats a incorrect decision on which you all are making a union which started on ld arunagiris post for leaving LCI which he did not atlast adhere to and took back his words for whatever reasons.

Its not experts who are driving this site it goes hand in hand. Though I am not that knowledgeable as you all are but will not be part of this movement.

All of you are blindly following this movement when this is being done as a social free service so why the conditions being imposed now. People just take a second opinion here all have lawyers in court and nothing great in your advices not all are correct at times as most are just I agree or vague ones

So either advice or all of you delete your accounts and move to another site where you feel happy to write.

all of this experts[we] may be lunatic. so you need not to be with us..

better you just delete your account.. its my suggestion.. but choice is your's..

Mr.Sanjeev,

When we opened the topic, you have also expressed your view to add a new rule on "I agree". But, you have not opposed the guidelines.

http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Guidelines-to-be-followed-275156.asp

You have every right to comment on the decision on guidelines. Let it be a healthy one.

The guidelines are set by the like minded experts. Because we are spending our precious time in replying the queries. If you want to follow the guidelines, otherwise you can leave it.

You are an advocate, if your association is passing any such resolution, you have to accept the decision, in the interest of the unity.

I repeat, it is upto to you to follow the guidelines or not. We are not compelling you, you can follow your own style. Leave us (like minded experts who accept to follow the rules) follow our own rules.

i agree with arunagiri .

we found this free internet site being misused commercial , vague quereis were being asked . it was unanimously decided we shall not answer anonymous , vague macademic , commercial queries .

you can decide whether to adhere to the decision of the majority of experts . we have no intentions of hurting your feelings . please note we are not forming any union . our objective is to improve the quality of queries . we dont have any personal axe to grind .

You need to be the querist or approved LAWyersclub expert to take part in this query .
