Hi
My mother was in BSNL before 11 years ago she died. That time I was applied for a job on compensation grounds but no response.... so I just want to know that can I apply again for the same....no response from the side of bsnl.... suggest me what can I do...now my father was also expired....

Verify whether compassionate appoint is in vogue in BSNL. If so file a writ petition in HC.

I think before filling up vacancies, the applications for employment on compassionate grounds may be considered on certain grounds only but not compulsory. So ask the authorities the reasons for not giving an appointment through RTI.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 29 December 2020
Govt job can not be claimed on compassionate ground as matter of right. It depends on availability of job and financial condition of claimant.

Use RTI to get the fate of your application. Record is very old. You can approach court for not responding to your previous application and claim. Discuss in detail with some lawyer dealing in service matters.

Also obtain a copy of BSNL compensate appointment terms and search for your eligibility.

Well analysed, opined and advised by expert Mr. Bhartesh Goyal and Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, I endorse and appreciate.

Compassionatary appointment can not be claimed as a matter of right.
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
