Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 07 September 2017 This query is : Resolved
Can mutation of property done in name of benificiary, when the owner of property is alive ? Even if the will is in name of benificiary.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 08 September 2017
The" WILL" will come into force after death of the testator. So mutation of property cannot be done in the name of beneficiary during the lifetime of testator.
