During submission of Evidence affidavit, do I need to submit copies of documents for marking as Exhibits along with affidavit. I got this doubt, since I have already submitted copies of documents along with petition seeking permission for additional documents and got permitted). So now to mark the same as Exhibits, do I need to submit copies again along with evidence affidavit?
If yes, then should I submit only originals or can I submit as copies and take my original also for comparing with original and submit as copies. Do I need to get notarized if copies are submitted?

If you have already file the documents along with the petition seeking court's permission to file the additional documents, and if those documents are original in nature then you do not have to file the copies once agaisnt at the time of marking the documents as exhibits from your side

First thanks for your reply sir.
I submitted only copies sir along with additional documents petition.
So now when I submit evidence affidavit, I need to submit either originals or if I want to keep originals , can I submit copies and request to be compared with original?
2. Do I need to get notary sign in copies?

If you would prefer to retain the originals due to its importance and the necessity to retain them for your future needs, you can get the copies compared wit the originals through the court head clerk, the court will permit you to mark the copies as exhibits after an endorsement that the copies were compared with the originals.
Attestation by notary public in the copies may not be necessary since they are being compared with the originals by court.

During the course of examination in-chief the witness Original documents shall have to be tallied with copy already on judicial file to exhibit such document. Originals will be seen and returned to the witness

Sir,
So the additional document copies whichever is already submitted (by seeking permission and permitted) would now be compared with originals and the exhibit no would be marked in those appropriate copies - is my understanding correct sir?
The reason is I was of opinion that I need to once again submit all the copies now again with evidence affidavit.
