A dispute arises between 3 land owners.2 land owners bulid their house in front of the plot and the remaining land was remained vacant by the 3 rd owner.the problem was 3 rd owner had no place to go in or out from his land.i don't know the way could have been sold to 2 owners who has already builded their house ..now as there has no place to go in or out ,3rd owner sold his land to a promoter.what is the right of the purchaser (promoter)?does he claim his way out ? What is the process?kindly guide me.
I booked a flat in navi mumbai in march 2020 and deposited 50,000 token moneyas (cheque) but he did not issue me any allotment letter against the booking. On March 23, Nationwide lockdown was imposed and all the services stalled.
After lockdown, i contacted the builder in November 2020 for further process in matter but the sales manager told me that your flat has been sold to another buyer(without any communication with me during this entire period)
He offered me other flat in the building but with increased price and lower carpet area which was not accepted by me .
When I asked for token money, he told me that your booking is cancelled and token money is forfeited.
I wrote a letter to the builder to return the token money but he is not replying.
Please guide me how to get my token money back as I have not cancelled the booking.

my parents are seperated for 27 years but not divorced,last year we filed mutual divorce and didnot claim anything from my father,but on the hearing date he denied to appear and told us he will not come to hearing as he dont want divorce,and he also does not give any monetary benefits to us,i am his 27 year old only son and completely dependent on my mother,is there any way to make him pay for us??our lawyer told us if we go for contest divorce there is low probability that any fruitful thing will come

I am going to purchase a Plot from a builder which is already converted into 143(change of lamd use.). When I search the Kharsa No in bhulekhe.up.in (Lucknow /Sarojni Nagar/ Village), its showing the name of Kishan (Name of the farmer from whom builder has purchased the property). The builder has done the registry with the farmer but not done the dhakhil Khariz . So, is such type of land is safe to buy.

Police submitted cancellation report to court and same was accepted by court without any notice to complainaint. What remedy left with complainant. Can approach higher court against the cancellation report. Please advise urgently.

If a builder constructing a new house and selling the same after fulfill consturction work what will be the GST Rate ? How can avail ITC ?

but the Institution has denied to pay the Encashment leave money so how i file a complaint against them ??

my cousin of blood relation got issued a caste certificate back in 2010 though he belongs to general caste,is it safe if i get my caste certificate with his certificate reference??what will happen if someone complains about my certificate?can it be cancelled by competent authority??

Phone issue
After updating the phone with latest software, phone got damaged (motherboard).
Phone got damaged due to buggy software.
They are asking to pay to get it repair.
