Respected Lawyers: , My wife left me 9 months back telling that I had so many debts and we are about to sell our house and at present I have cleared all my debts by selling our own house. She helped me by borrowing from his father and friends. She only forced to take big amount from her father side to clear all debts and take home loan and clear. But unfortunately I did not get loan because of low Cibil score. But finally we family decided to sell our house and cleared all debts, because to rejoin the family. My wife was saying clear all debts and I may come. So after few months I have cleared all including my wife's side debts which i borrowed thinking that she may come back and lead happy life without commitment. But after clearing everything she turned back and remained there only telling that she will not come because you sold the house and she has age so young to collapse her life, so that she may get separated and enjoy her life. Within that period she told to leave the things there itself and did not asked where you all going after selling house. She sent bad message about my family and scolding in bad words (i have attached that it is in Kannada and English, please check how her mind is? )2 months back she invited for mutual divorce but I ignored that one because it is unfaithful from my wife that after clearing everything she turned back. we have 11 year daughter. I have apologized her 100 times to come back and lead our life. So I miss my daughter and I do not know what to do , because 15 days back she filed a divorce case against me in the court because I rejected mutual divorce. 1st hearing I have on June 2021 I am in confuse state that 11 years of matrimonial and sentimental of my daughter what to do? Please advise.

We Live in Haryana and we are Hindu
My Mother and Nana ( Maternal grandfather) has a fight going on for 15 years.
My Nana has 10 acres of ancestral land.
Land is Ancestral only not Self-acquired.
My NANA has made a registered will 1 month back and he made a statement to give all the ancestral property to his son only.
I met PATWARI some days back " He is saying that till my NANA is living, my mother cannot claim any share in ancestral property, and after his death also My mother cannot claim and he can will his ancestral property "
I clarified that the property is ancestral not self acquired but his answer is same.
I am shocked.
My Questions are-
1. Can my mother claim her share in ancestral property?
2. Can my mother take her share now , when my NANA is living?
3. Which case my mother should file in the civil court.
Sir please clarify..

My 3 siste"s r r demanding there share in Father house, father make WILL (unregistered) in son name no probate done.
Now my question if I fight case in court and Sir, if I lost case but I want to keep house how much amount I have to pay to my sister, who will decide the price, Market value at present is 50 lakhs. I am ready to pay 5 lakhs to each one but they are not agree.

I have a flat admeasuring 66 smt. There other flats in the building with lesser area. However the society is charging me more maintenance since I have larger area. Kindly enlighten me about maintenance charges as I understand the maintenance charges should be same for all the premises.

Dear Lawyers,
Good afternoon.
We hold a joint property in chennai - India and have recently constructed a new one by demolishing the old structure. The old partition deed says GROUND FLOOR belongs to elder brother and first floor belongs to the younger brother.
In the revised scheme of things based on the New construction, there is no GROUND FLOOR and FIRST FLOOR and instead there are FIRST FLOOR and SECOND FLOOR.
Going forward, based on the new construction, we would like to update the property document separately as follows.
The FIRST FLOOR / FLAT belongs to all the legal heirs of ELDER BROTHER and the SECOND FLOOR / FLAT belongs to all the legal heirs of YOUNGER BROTHER and the rest of the NON UDS is COMMON to all the legal heirs. Both the brothers died interstate.
Based on the above, kindly advise what are the best and simple options available to update the property documents and that will help towards separate property tax assessment, EB, Water, Sewerage separately for both the floors?

I am a joint oint owner of a property. That property belongs to 8 people. Now 4 of them gift their portion to me.legally the owner of that property now is 4 person. One of them want to purchase whole property & tell me that he will give me a rate of market value but registration process should be in gift deed. Is this safe process for selling my share?? Or i have to file partition. During partition case can i carry on my stay on that property? I do not stay together with that person, he already had separate house, but suddenly he saying that i also want to stay at this property cause his portion is there.there is only one bathroom, one kitchen

Please advise my sister husband did second marriage even has a son age 14 years old, last 4 years my sister living with our family she don't want to case against his husband because of he manipulate her that I will take both of all your responsibility and other things.
but he didn't pay even his son school fee and other expenses. My sister facing psychology problem she is not properly stable because of his husband left her.
last few days my sister has gone with him(husband) at her in law's house at village and her husband return to her second wife which is live in city area.her in law's also manipulated that don't call your father and mother you stay with us we care for you and your son.
At present they want to back his son who has living with us but he don't want to go there because he knows that his father and mother don't care about him they solve have their own moto. He studied 8th class and he is brilliant boy his grandfather house at village area and there is not good facilities for studies. We just wanted that he studied here and complete his sr. Secondary then he want whatever he chooses.
We know that if they people take him there his future and childhood both are runied. Plz help in this case can we take any legal action or not

Father WILL in the name of son (unregistered), WILL is genuine witnessed by two person who had expired also, I want to pay my sister share, but after fighting case in court because I got few years to deposit funds.
Next question how the house value decide by court is it market price or circle rate.
