I AM RUNNING AN AUTO WORKSHOP, IN DELHI SINCE 1989 , HAVING ALL PROOFS , IN AN UNAUTHORISED COLONEY, WHEREAS AS PER SUPREEM COURT'S ORDER ALL INDUSTRIAL UNITS RUNNING BEFORE YEAR 1989 ARE TO BE RELOCATED IN REGULARISED AREA CAN I FILE A WRIT IN HIGH COURT, AND GET RELIEF.

I filed crl complaint us 138 Of NI Act After 6 days of end of Limitation period,now magistrate is requiring from me any authority for delay condon in this situation,plz provide me any authoritry of High Court or Supreme Court for delay condon in this matter.Thanku

I want to add a foot-note to Satya's query.If an Advocate represents himself as "Senior Advocate" without being designated so, then it is merely a professional misconduct or a punishable offence?

Is complaint by two persons maintainable?
I have come across a Madras High Court Judgement titled as " R.Krishnamurthy v. M.P.Raja" 1989 L.W.( Cr.)186 at 187. I am in Punjab, hence have not access to above law journal. Can you help?

1)what is the time limit for using the stamp papers i.e non-judicial etc applicable in Andhra Pradesh
2) If GPA Hoder dies can the legal heirs
execute the Documents individual or with the orginal property holder. IN my konwoledge if GPA died the GPA is cancelled and property right go to the orginal owner . It is Correct or not?

If company has a Registered Head Office in one state with branch offices in other states, the salary is processed from HO, where does the Professional tax needs to be paid i.e. should it be calcualted as per the state in which salry is processed or as per state where the employee in working. email me on jatinadhav@dellmail.com

Can firm of chartered accountants be prevented to act as auditor of listed public limited companies if
(a)one of the parter has filed criminal/civil cases against other partners
(b)They do not talk to each other.
(c)there was fight amoung the partners,matter went to the court and court directed that all the financial transactons should be sign by two partners each representing one group
(d)filing cases by partners against each other is a ongoing process
Can Hight Court restrain such firm to
act as a Auditor of Listed Public Limited Companies if PIL is filed?
