I want to complaint against an official of Govt. Department who duped & cheated his department by pursuing study being a regular student of a college, but he was granted permission through Correspondence mode only by his department. He cheated his department for 3 years. College timing was 09 to 17:00, but his duty timing was 13:20 to 21:10 as lecture timings & govt. duty timing clashing. & it means he remained absent from duty 4-5 hrs daily. I made a complaint to department but officer let off him with minor penalty because officer favours him & replied no absence complaint of the official received. As per RTI reply from concerned college, 75 % attendance in each lecture is required to be eligible for examination. Kindly guide me if I approach to civil court, can he be charged under IPC ACT 420 for making fool to his department/college/university for such act as one official cannot be present at both places at the same time. Law apart, how one can travel in two boats in the same time? Also intimate me can I involve that officer who escaped him by giving minor punishment and mentioned in punishment order that official managed his studies & duty hours at his own level.

I am selected in railways for the post of JE and I have to submit all the documents along with attestation form on which I have to mention my employment.
Currently I am working in a private company. When I gave resignation, they suggested me to work as a consultant with them, in that way there will be no pf deduction and my employment records will be clear.
Please suggest if this is a good option?

Hello dear lawyers,
I am the owner of a house and some relatives of mine did some forgery and filed the court case against me.
The court case was baseless, so it was dismissed by the court.
The relatives again went for appeal, they are doing this act just to mentally HARASS ME.
My Question is-
I have some buyers for the property but the case is pending in appeal.
THE HOUSE BELONGS TO HUDA
HUDA is not giving me permission to sell the house to any other person, meanwhile my Lawyer is saying that I can sell the property anytime because there is not injunction or stay on property.
SO, WHY HUDA IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO SELL MY PROPERTY??
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My father was adopted wen he was 3 month's baby as intrafamily adoption, we're no paper work done on that time and in mean time the adoptee and his wife doesn't had child so they wanted to improve their name and they wanted a son to extende their family name, so my dad was adopted and after few year's in some revenue paper with knowing or unknowingly he wrote my father as foster son at my dad's age of 7yrs and they never treated or said anybody as their foster son instead they was saying their son, but wen the first of adoptee was very became ill health and she got known that she'll not survive in future so she decided to marry another lady we're that lady is first wife's sister, in first wife's presence. After the death of first wife the second wife started to step mother attitude and abused my dad by keep hold on my dad's adopted father, the second wife got three childrens after wedlock and after many year's she decided to keep my dad separate in same house and quralled with my dad, she received all property in her name aa gift deed without whispering any matter to my dad and now adopted father passed away, now she is forcing us get out of her property and humilating us by bad language, in all govt records the father name mentioned as adopted father's name only, he had no issues with my dad. Im asking how can my dad claim on property, now she is claiming and highlighting my father as foster son, im here worried sir, pls help us

We have occupied property for office premise under lease
Owner of the property is planning to take Loan from Bank and bank in turn asking owner to give NOC from us(leasee)
Is there any issue giving owner NOC for this

Family member tension with the false msgs from wife brother
Dear Sir,
I am muslim and got married in 2019 under under Muslim sunni sariyat at Jharkhand- Actually I have noticed that my wife hv some relation with other boy which I informed their family. However, recently my wife brother may hacked my facebook account and bad message from my side to facebook friend with bad comments (3 yrs back message he just amend/delete/change in my chat box messages which is totally wrong/false).
My wife brother whatsapp message and blackmailing to me any my family. I am only the one son of my family and my old parents are under presser and tension all the time.
I do not know what i will do in this situation may they will false case to me. appreciate if some please advise to me what shall i do legally in this situation as i planned to divorced to my wife as my old parents are everyday getting tension also I am very much tension if they might be some FIR /case against me with the false messages.
Shall i go to police and FIR against my wife brother and her family as I am very much disturb now.
appreciate experts advise and guide to me.
