The number of the judgement is W P No 17677of 2010 and was delivered on 7th September 2020. It is a 10 page judgement.

It is not an easy thing for anyone to find out the judgment so easily particularly from the E Court website of the judiciary, without having the exact case number.

The new judgment system shows much improvements, still it is not up to the mark, as one cannot make free search as in Google search engine.
