I gave the technical resignation from the post of ALP(regular employee) 20500 basic . To join junior engineer in railway 35400 basic. But in junior engineer 1 year is training period.
Should I get an Hra? In JE training period

Generally railways may provide accommodation to trainees, please check it is an internal matter.
