Address proof when temporarily shifted due to renovations

hi experts.
lets say family A owns a house. A temporarily shifted to another house (rental agreement available) within same city due to renovations to be done to the own house. Now, an affidavit is required for some other purposes. Should the address given in the affidavit be of the own house where family A stayed or should it be of the temporarily house moved into recently?
NOTE: The own house is not rented out to anyone. All address proofs that family A have are of the own house only.

Notice period change by company without informing .

I joined the company On June 2019 . As per my offer letter " In case you decide to leave the service of the organization, you will be required to give 30 days' notice . The organization in its sole discretion can decide to waive off/reduce the notice period depending upon the exigencies. In such case ,you would be required to pay the organization the gross sallary for the notice period so reduced/waived off" . But when I went to resign to my hr portal notice period showed 90 days. This was not communicated to me. I selected the option to not serve notice period and chose the last date as a month after and submitted the resignation. After resigning I recieved autogenerated mail stating that resignation process has been started . It also mentioned "If you are not serving your full notice period as per the policy then notice period recovery will be done on your gross salary. " What are my options here ? Can they force me to serve notice period and refuse payout?

Builder opening wide windows in my gallery

I am from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. A builder in my neighborhood is constructing their multi-story building which is conjunction to my boundary wall. They haven't left any margin in their land facing our side and opening wide windows (5X6 feet) facing to my property where we have our gallery. We have made a complaint about it in development authority and work was stopped for a few days. But they have restarted the construction and seems have settled down the complaint.
On top of that, they made a complaint against my house for building without any sanctioned map. Mine is a 35 year old house and most of the houses in our colony do not have a sanctioned map.

Now, after all this we got threatened for making complaints, The multi story building is being built without a sectioned map and no action by the development authority even when it's known to the department. I had raised an online complaint as well on UP grievance redressal portal (jansunwai.com) where the development authority even added a false disposal report that proper action is being taken against the illegal construction.

What can be done from our side to close the windows.

Divorce by mutual consent

Dear Sirs,
My son and daughter-in-law are wanting to go for divorce by mutual consent. What procedure they need to follow? Do they have to engage an advocate or they can go to the family court themselves with the mutual agreement?

Society re-election and new chairman appointment

Dear All

Our society have 80 members, we form a committee of 10 members, because of one from other cast member we don’t have so we formed a committee of 10 members, it has been almost 4 years now, now I have some questions about, the death of the chairman of our society due to corona.

1) How to select the new Chairman (Committee quorum is full)
2) Since the quorum is full, can the committee appoint a chairman from among them as chairman, or they will have to wait till the annual meeting?
3) The term of the committee is coming to an end in September 2021. If the committee wants to hold elections before that, can they do , and if it possible , what is the procedure?
4) If other members want monthly meeting minutes and accrued expenses, do they have to pay for it? Or it free of cost
5) Now after 4 year , other cast category member available in society , can he claim for that vacant seat
6) Also death of chairman , can committee co op new member , if they want

Thanks & regards

Regarding elope of sister and his father job for them

Person A is male, who married Person B (female).
The above couple were gifted with 2MALE childs one after the other.

Then, Person A married another woman (Person C) and gave birth to a GIRL child. Person C got govt job and after her DEATH the job was given to Person A who mentioned that the GIRLD child as NOMINEE for that govt job and he didnot mention anything about first wife and 2 male children.

Person A died in the year 2018 and becoz of no vacancy no child got the job and process delayed further due to COVID-19.

The girl child (19yrs now) was given a phone by her mother's( Person C) brother's family (who generally is uncle and he has a son). The information regarding the phone was not known to the 2 male people (brothers) and one day she left her home and went to her uncle's home without informing.

Now my question is--

1. Can any one boy gets the govt job as they were not mentioned as nominees ?

2. The girl's uncle family trapper her with some sweat words through phone and asked her to enter their home..Can we file a case on them (Uncle' s family).( The girl is 18 and says that its her wish).

Society committee dissolution / new committee formation

I am member of housing society in Mumbai, total 20 members are there in society.

In March,2020, Secretary sold his flat and shifted and resigned.

After two months, Chairman/Treasurer resigned due to ill health but continue to sign cheque for mandatory payment of society.

The four committee members are willing to continue to carry on the society function but they have no power to do any work.
Can we refer to Registrar to regularising the committee by co-opting other members till new notification for election is issued by govt.

We requested Chairman/Treasurer to sign the Balance-sheet which is ready but they have refused nor they are calling
AGM.

You are requested to kindly advise appropriately in the matter which is highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,
