I have a family dispute going on, on our ancestral agricultural land. Since the beginning, our part of the land is also under the possession of our uncle who had been cultivating the land. A part of the same land is now registered on the name of my uncle by my grandmother by making her sign the documents. The case is running since four years, none of my family members stay there so it is becoming very difficult for us to keep an eye on that. My bother stays overseas, and I also travel out quite often. Can we make them stop cultivating the land immediately with help of some present law provisions. Need advice. Thankyou in advance.

sir delhi khanpur extension mi flat liya hi bank se lon lekar par leni ki bad pata chala flat mcd book hi bijli nhi lag pa rhi hi flat ki rajistry bhi huaa hi kha kro please help

Respected members,
If any section of any Act. Declared constitutional by constitutional bench of Apex court. does parliament repealed the same section in amending act. Or not.
Pls clarify at the earliest.....

In a sub registrar office a registration made some yrs back. a party sold a house property to a Pvt person. Stamp vendor issued non judicial stamp paper without machine numbered in various denomination 9 nos. worth abt Rs. 95000. But allotted hand written sl no. Sale value Rs. 15 lacs. in another stamp paper found machine numbered sl. No. It was issued by another vendor. Pl tell unnumbered stamp papers r valid or not. Can I take legal action on him.Buyer is also disturbing my house border often. No piece of mind. Pl advice the steps to be taken.

Our house was taken on lease 100 years ago and now the lease is expired its is 15 years up now , before we use to pay rent to mutwali but 15 years before he stop taking it I have receipts also, and other things this property is on my grandmother's name and she has done transfer to my dad when he was 12 years old but now my grandmother expired and my father has not given that document in city survey office to take transfer on his name....in 7/12 my grand mother's name is there if we submit document to transfer it on my father's name which has witness signs hiba agreement and all things will my fathers name come in 7/12 ? My other question we have all registered documents, we are paying water tax ,house tax we have all things so now mutwali is torturing us to give back this house to him so please tell how can we tackle this and are we owner of this property ? What we can do please give ur solution

454 ipc & 380 ipc is written in challan
but charges not framed yet
454 ipc contains ten years punishment
does it means it is session trial ??
challan has produced in MM COURT
& MAGISTRATE is on leave & accuse is appearing in mm court on his date
prosecution case is related to theft in a mall by customer in a busy day time 4 pm
& there is not tress pass
he entered in mall through common entrance as uses by other customer

Hi,
One of my friend is in big trouble. He got married few years ago. He has a child. His wife is leave him and live with her BF in living relationship. Her wife sued on husband that, he had drunker and fight with her. and demanding maintenance of herself and her child though she is living with her BF. Is any way to get out from this and her husband demand divorce from her ?

THIS ORDER/Gazzette particularly passed for Nashik district.
There were one gazette passed by revenue and forest department of Maharashtra regarding removal of all lis pendence, can you please guide what is the exact gazzette was ?
Is this gazzette saying that lis pendence will not register in any suit property?
