Dear sir,
I am working one organization, iam taking salary as per the company scale.
Now my question is our company running one small co operative society for employee welfare purposes. The nature of society is sale provisions and thrift fund collecting and loan distributing.
Now the management want to recruit me as a honorable secretary of the society with lumsum salary per month.
As per law is there any legal disputes will arise in future ?
Please suggest me

Is it mandatory to appoint a PMC by society for redevelopment in mumbai or PMC can be dispensed if society manages redevelopment by itself by merely appointing its own Architect and Advocate & following rules . Has High Court Mumbai passed any case law regarding appointment of PMC

now we want to keep the constitution for the said wakf trust
can we keep the new constitution ?
do the wakf board will approve it ?

My 32 years old property case was finally over in June 2015 with all stages having completed with remark: "Arguments Concluded, Reserved For Order".
My worry is even after 8 months, there is no news about - when Final Order" would be given. Matter is not even complicated and all things had proceeded very smoothly.
Why so much delay? What could be done from my side to expedite?
I am 74 years age male and worried due to this unexpected delay.
Please help and guide me.

hi, myself preeti, my husband filed divorce case 1 years back against me, i filed DV, 125 and 24. case is still on. Now i came to know that my husband is in live-in relationship with some lady and have 2 months old child. Can i take any legal action against my husband and that lady, can i file Bigamy case or adultery. Please Help..

Hi,
I worked for 1 year in a software company which is a PVT LTD company, I left my company after the completion of bond duration, however at the time of signing bond i pay 95000 to company. Upto now they gives me only 40000 but still 55000 is remaining.They also not given me salary for 18 months.I work their without an salary. Now they saying that give me time we will refund all money but still from 1 years they are not refund me. So I request you to help me on how and where can i lodge a complaint so that i get the remaining amount.

Dear All,
Can you please clarify the following:
I (girl) am born to a father who is a schedule caste by birth and I had inherited the same caste. My mother however married (after divorcing my biological father) second time to a forward caste person. I was about 4 years old when that happened. I am 26 and married to a forward caste person now. Would I continue to hold the caste of my biological father or do I get forced to inherit my 2nd fathers caste?

we made register marriage without consent and knowledge of our parents..we il take consent of parents.they opposed... for inter caste marriage...my mother in dead bed she asked me to marry...he also not willing to live with me...so we conclude to get divorce. in my side noone knows abt my register marriage...shall I hide this matter and go for marry some one..or otherwise ...wat to do sir guide me

Purchased a land from a widow lady
Dear Sir,
3 years ago I purchased a plot of 55Sq.yard from a Widow lady, property was registered with the name of his deceased husband, so while selling the property to me all the documents (registry, sale deed etc.)were signed by her.I was totally unaware about the fact that she couldn't sign the documents.
I came to know about this fact when I am selling this property to other person. I request you to kindly let me know the correct way to sort out this problem.
