I am looking our for Lawyer to fight our case in Maharashtra state consumer disputes redressal commission.
Our case was in high court for more than 20-22 yrs. After that our promoter and builder made out of court settlement. we got possession in end of 2009 . we have not got OC and conveyance deed .we want to fight our case as individual Kindly suggest a lawyer who handles consumer court legal matters.

I have jointly owned ancestral property with my extended family read uncles and cousins. But they are not allowing me to take possession on the land. They are cultivating or have leased the entire jointly held holdings and built construction on whole plots which are jointly held thus denying me accessibility to the property & income from it. Whenever I submit application for demarcation or delivery of possession before revenue authorities they refuse to give me possession of my share stating that I must file a partition suit for it. I feel that the revenue officials are doing this on the instructions of my unscrupulous co-owners to cause infinite delay through the litigation.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are running a business under Partnership since 2013. Our staff strength has not yet touched 20, hence we have not registered ourselves under EPFO. However, I got to know that organizations under the limit can register themselves voluntarily.
I would like to know, if we register ourselves now (almost after 5 years of incorporation) will it attract to penalty? If not, what will be the annual charges/fees to be paid for employer registration and it's procedure?

We as landlord are signing a lease agreement for 5 years. In the lease agreement there is no option for prior termination of lease.Further there is no lock in period stated in the lease.So in the absence of both the clauses can tenant/lessee terminate the lease with 6 months notice before expiry of the 5 years.The lease is one for manufacturing.

I am buying a house where the owner(husband) died and deed to succession was done in the name of wife and daughter but son was minor so deed of succession was not done in his case. Now as the Son is Major and the deed of succession will take time so should I buy the house with out it and taking just an affidavit from the son that he forfeits any claim on the house in future.

Suit for possession decreed in 2017 and dismissed in appeal in 2018. It is a case between lessor and lessee who terminated the tenancy by issuing notice under section 106 T.P. Act. The lessor is entitled for mesne profit from the date of service of notice under section 106 T.P. Act or from the date of the suit finally dismissed.

NEET PG ROLL No.1805031973 has successfully cleared the NEET PG Examination 2018 & found eligible for persuing PG state quota(UP STATE RANK 654) through UPPG COUNSELING.
I am already in service in EAST DELHI MUNCIPAL CORPORATION (EDMC) on regular basis appointed through UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) through COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICE EXAMINATION (CMSE-)-2012.
I have been working in EDMC since 30/12/2013 on regular basis till date.As per requirement of furnishing of service bond I humbly submit that being government servant of EDMC I technically can not furnish any service bond as my services to EDMC can not be set aside towards honring any such commitment to service bond.
In this context I may kindly be exempted from furnishing service bond of two years (or forty lakh) mandating compulsory government service under Uttar Pradesh government, however the said duration of service can be served in my excisting parent department,EDMC.
I shall be obliged if my query regarding the bond is clarified at the earliest as my date of counseling is on 13/04/2018.

Tax on borrowed money
Hi,
I am a salaried person, working in a private organization. I want to borrow money from one of my friend who is a government employee. I am afraid if the tax will be deducted on this amount once I receive the money in my account. Kindly suggest how the tax will be charged.
