generally, the minimum age required for marriage in India is 18 for a girl and 21 for boy. whether there is any exception to this general rule with regard to muslim marriage ?
or whether a Muslim girl can contract marriage immediately after attaining 16 years ?

is indian law permits email communication as an evedence?
i have communicated with my tenant by email to transfer rent, he agreed to transfer by mail, but he did not transfer. we filed a case for rental recovery, but judge is not accepting email communications. he needs citations on this issue. could anybody help in this regard Please..

Dear Sir,
We are living separately for more than six years. wife filed a false 498a complaint four years ago, we got anticipatory bail, no FIR and further no action. She don't want to join with me, all compromises failed. I wanted to get out of this and start a new life.
I wanted your advice on how to get judicial separation and divorce. Give me idea how long it take to get divorce and the procedure.

A(father) had a self acquired flat in a co-operative housing society in delhi.
A died in 2002.
A had two children B(son) and C(daughter).
C died way back in 1982 leaving behind a son.
Will this son get his mothers share in flat.

Dear Experts,
My daughter in law and her father who live in Panchkula, filed a criminal complaint against me, my wife and my son with CAW cell in Panchkula police for dowary, maltreatment and what not. After our 6 visits, police rejected the complaint. Then girl and her father filed another complaint with Mohali police ( Punjab)without informing them that investigation has already done by Panchkula police. We were made to visit 3 times to give our statements. The complaint was again rejected. Now I received a call letter from Chandigarh Police that a complaint has been filed by girl's father and I need to appear in Police station for consulling. The divorce case is in process in Karnal court under instructions of Supreme court, since Dec. 2011, but there is no end to police harressment. My query is, can police stations of Mohali and Chandigarh, entertain complaint of person not residing in that area? How can I put an end to this un-lawful act of family of my daughter in law? The main aim of our opponent is to force us to visit their area and phyically harm us. Pl. advise as my family is scared of something grave situation is in store for us.

if court has order to provide electicity supply to tenent and following the order if owner provides new meter for electicity supply to tenent..one whose name elecricity bill will be issued?

I have lodged an FIR for fraud and forgery. After investigatins the Investigating Officer told me that he shall require the original documents for handwriting samples of the accused. My query is that under what receipt I shall handover the original documents to IO. Do I need to take alongwith me the help of lawyer as witness that I have handed over the original documents to IO at police station. Please advice me urgently in this matter as I only have the original documents as evidence with me of the accused for issuing me fake/false documents.

SIR MY CAR WAS PARKED OUTSIDE MY HOME.SOME REPAIRING WORK WAS GOING ON IN A HOTEL NEXT TO MY HOME ND A STONE WAS EITHER DELIBERATELY THROWN ON MY CAR S WINDSCREEN OR IT WAS ACCIDENTAL.THE FRONT WINDSCREEN IS COMPLETELY DAMAGED.I HAVE CALLED POLICE ,SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT ALONG WITH PHOTOS OF BROKEN GLASS.POLICE HAS REGISTERED THE CASE UNDER SEC 427 OF IPC AGAINST THE HOTEL S OWNER.
1.POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF THIS CASE?
2.WLL I BE GETTING COMPENSATION?
3.WHAT NEXT STEP SHD I TAKE?
