I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND CAN A MANAGING COMMITTEE OR A SECRETARY HAS POWERS TO REVOKE A SHARE CERTIFICATE JUST BECAUSE ITS BEEN ISSUED 30 YEARS AGO TO A GARAGE WTHOUT ME OWNING A RESIDENCIAL OR OFFICE PREMISES IN THAT SOCIETY

we have a managing committee formed consisting of 5 members from the same family
there are lot of misappropriations happening now the hot issue is redevelopment
we have a AGM on 9th aug 2013 can we have this meeting video or audio recorded
Have i to seek permission from any where , if managing committee is the answer they would not permit
we have giving this in writing to the secretary but no reply received what can i do in this case need your guidance

Redevelopment

LAST YEAR WE HAD A AGM ON 14TH AUG AND REDEVELOPMENT WAS ONE OG THE AGENDA WE HAD A VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SAME BUT THE MINUTES OF THAT MEETING WAS GIVEN TO MEMBERS AFTER 6 MONTHS AND THE VIDEO RECORDING IS STILL NOT GIVEN WHEN ASKED WE WERE TOLD THAT EDITING IS ON
ALSO NO PERSON FROM THE REGISTRAR OFFICE WAS PRESENT
NOW THIS AGM THEY HAVE DECIDED ON THE BUILDER AND GOING AHEAD
HAS THE 79A BEEN FOLLOWED LAWFULLY
NEED HELP AND EXPERT OPINION ON THIS
