Query regarding agreement between employer and me.

Dear Sir,
I have signed agreement with my company for 3 years. In this agreement no clause in my favor of me. That means this agreement is all in favour of company.
Now after two years when I want to switch my job, they are asking money from me as per signed agreement.
If I will not pay the same they will not do any final settlement.
And this amount is much bigger than te money I need to pay to company.
Please let me know if I don't pay this money as per agreement then can I claim for full and final payment to company or not?

Cancellation of registered power of attorney

Sir, I have executed a registered POA in my sisters favour in d year 2012 in respect of 5lands property, now I have cancelled d said POA by issuing public notice, n have filed suit for cancellation and injunction For POA, so Sir, under which provision of law said POA will stands cancelled.

MACP CLAIM

Dear experts My one friend's father died in accident at Rajasthan.
my friend permanent live in Gujarat.
Now as per the advice of Rajasthan Police he hire an advocate at rajasthan. This incident was took place in 2012. Till date today my friend not receive a singl penny as a compensation money.
Now my question is can my friend transfer the case in gujarat because he is permanently live in gujarat if yes than how? And how he come to know that macp claim file in rajasthan or not?

Gang rape

a girl annoyed with parents left her house, to search her parents sends 4 persons to nearby village, they found her but while returning to home two of them did sex with her, rest two did nothing, lateron girls lodged a fir against two saying that other two didnot do any thing with her, police arrested two persons, weather remaing two persons should be prosecuted u/s 376 g in view of explanation i in ipc sec 376 g

Promotion of scientific cadre officers

I am working in a organization of Central Govt Ministry of Govt of India.

The organization held Departmental Peer Review Committee (DPC) meeting for interview for promotion of scientific cadre officers to various scientific posts like Sc` E` to Sc`F`and Sc`F` to Sc`G`on the basis of their ACRs under old FCS(Flexible complementing scheme) of DOPT.

The regulations of the organization states as follows :

``The Departmental Peer Review Committee shall consist of the following:-

(a) Secretary, A (host organization) - Chairman
(b) Secretary, B (X 1 departt of GOI) - Member
(c) Secretary, C (X 2 departt of GOI) - Member
(d) Director, D (X 3 departt of GOI) - Member
(e) Director, E (X 4 departt of GOI) - Member
(f) Secretary, F) (X 5 departt of GOI) - Member``

Now on the day of interview, 2 members (say B & C) did not come for interviewing for some reasons. The interviews were held by chairman + 3 remaining members. There is no definition of quorum given in above clause.

1. Are the interviews held can be called legally correct for promotions
2. Or in the absence of 2 members, court can be appealed for quashing the above interview exercise as null and void

Filing chq bounce case

One of our customers, "A" has given a purchase order instructing us to raise the bill in another customer,"B" Also written as he ("A") is responsible for payments. My queries are:
(1) who can sign the purchase order
(2) If customer "A" is giving a cheque for the bill and in the event of cheque bounce, then can we initiate a cheque bounce case (plz note bill raised in the name of "B")

Can a punishment awarded in departmental enquiry can be changed with court judgement?

I have been awarded punishment in departmental enquiry with salary cut and with cut in scale of promotion in a fraud committed by outsiders while sanctioning the bank loans. Bank at the same time filed criminal case against me and those outsiders also. Now I have won the court case, and demanded the bank to pay my lost salary and scale. Bank has come out, with the plea the supreme court has recently delivered a judgement stating the punishment given in the departmental enquiry is different from court punishment and need not pay my lost salary and scale. Is it correct? How to proceed now

Whether fir can be lodged ?

I lost my mobile phone during journey. When i approached to police station to file a FIR for the same the police officer refused to file FIR. kindly advise whether police can refuse to file FIR for such kind of incidences ?
