Dear Experts,
Pls send me a sample reply notice against legal notice sent by a company for outstanding due. Where as the disputed pmt due was amicably waived off by the company due to deficiency of service on the part of the servicing providing company.

One of my friend's father had illicit relation with a lady. lady had filed a petition U/S 125 Cr.P.C., court ordered maintenance to children only later on my friend's father died in road accident .The lady & her children now claiming as wife & children share in( CPF ,GPF etc.) property .

dear i know to one fake judge, he working for public setting to win their case from court with way of bribe ,
i am sure that he is not judge or advocate.
i want to ask form expert why can recieve justified inquiry about him in written from court channel. what court officer/official can clerify he is not judje in rajasthan
please give me a valuable advised me
what department of court can clear this important issue

I have booked a flat in Noida.
The land is recently registered, as the builder says.
I am about to sign a BBA, need advice on BBA and registering a BBA.
1) What is the benefit (for me as a buyer) of registering BBA?
2) BBAs are usually in favour of builders but still what all points do I need to consider before signing BBA?
I am as well looking for an lawyer based out of Noida or NCR, who is expert in property law and has previously engaged in getting BBA registered.

If normal time takes in judgement than 18 to24 month is sufficient for a civil suit.
