Inquiry abput fake judge

dear i know to one fake judge, he working for public setting to win their case from court with way of bribe ,
i am sure that he is not judge or advocate.
i want to ask form expert why can recieve justified inquiry about him in written from court channel. what court officer/official can clerify he is not judje in rajasthan
please give me a valuable advised me
what department of court can clear this important issue

1. Is he portraying himself as sitting judge or retired judge?

2. You can get records through RTI.

But otherwise also, stating that he can bribe government servant is a crime. You can lay a trap and get him arrested.

yes by RTI you can get the reality of his qualification and position. If you have evidence and details then you can file complaint regarding his activities.
