How many days will take in a civil judgement.

That is possible only when either party is desirous for judgement,no several miscellaneous like substitution etc.proceedings, gets involved and the court is not overburdened with pendency.

It differs from state to state , case to case. But the time limit mentioned by you is too modest to say the least.
