I am working as Sr.Accountant (Group B Non gazetted post) in one of Central Govt. department with more than 40 years of dedicated service to my credit. I am also section head of Accounts section entrusted with functions of 'pre-check' of vouchers mandated under Civil Accounts Mannual. Sr.Fisheries Scientist functioning as Drawing & Disbursing office is not expected to pass the finacial bills/vouchers without the scrutiny by this section head.
Of late when I pointed out certain financial irregularies in the system for appropriate remedial action by the authorities, Head of office ordered by sub-ordinates to submit files/bills direct to the DDO. Thus I have been disrobed of my functions as 'Section Head' and as well as of functions mandated under Civil Accounts Mannual I feel humilated and feel tortured with having to sit idle.
Kindly suggest remedy available to me

when private co enter into agreement for the entering into Lease agreement and leave licence agreement for two each different properties owned by the partnership firm, what are the points are required to take precaution from the legal aspect under different acts?

when pvt ltd co take over the entire stock in trade, debtors and creditors of partnership firm and also entering into agreement with firm which is provide the services of the office and selling and marketing services to private co . private co will pay the services rendered by the firm . employees of firms which is on the mustered is rendering the same services which is rendered before the entire stock in trade , debtors and creditors.

I was working in District Primary Education Programme (DPEP) and Sarva Sikshya Abiyan (SSA), Odisha. Both are Central Govt. sponsored educational projects under UEE. The former was running in a few districts of the sate as was in other states and was closed following implementation of the latter across the country and in all districts of the state. I have EPF accounts while working under both the projects. Can I be called as an "Workman" And the establishment the Odisha Primary Education Programme Authority(OPEPA), site address www.opepa.in, be called an Industrial Establishment.
I would be highly obliged to receive an expert advice.

sir...i am mechanical engineer in pharma sector of 25yrs exposer in engineering and projects of medicine making companies.
till 2007, i was in pvt sector now last 6yrs in public sector co. of govt of india as Asst.gen.Manager.
Now all of sudden i am transferred to marketing department as Asst.Gen manager to sell medicine products of company for which i have no exposer at all and i am not qualified as medicine knowledge are with science/B-pharma graduates.
can any advice how i can deal with law pls.

Can a company withold payment of gratuity in terms of termination of a managerial person against whom criminal proceedings filed by the company. the said employee submitted resignation but refused by company and his services are terminated after internal enquiry. Any impact on payment of gratuity.?
