what is the difference between the service category of business support service and business auxiliary service?

when pvt ltd co take over the entire stock in trade, debtors and creditors of partnership firm and also entering into agreement with firm which is provide the services of the office and selling and marketing services to private co . private co will pay the services rendered by the firm . employees of firms which is on the mustered is rendering the same services which is rendered before the entire stock in trade , debtors and creditors.

No service categories remain after introduction of negative list regime w.e.f. July 01, 2012. Services provided by firm would be taxable in hands of Firms. Call me at 9971099056 for detailed discussion.
