mai aapse ye janana chahti hu ki agar kisi mahila k false dowry & DV case paye jate hai or wo jan bujh kar police me rehate huae 498a & Dv act ka misuse kar rahi, jo mahila married hai usko bhi tang kar rahi hai or ladke walo k pass is baat k sabot bhi ho to:
1) kya uske kilaf koi case kiya ja sakta hai
2) kya proof sabit hone k baad use koi saja ya fine ho sakti hai or kitne tak
3) kya ladke walon ko unki jwaellery mil sakti hai
4) kya married sisters koi maan hani ka case ya otherstep udha sakti hai
5) dowry or divorce k dono alag alag case chal pade hai, police ladki walon ka saman le ja chuki hai. kya hamara saman hame mil sakta hai
6) kya hum high court chandigarh mei quashing ka case Karen to koi rahat milegi
7) kya hum ladki ko saja dilwa sakte hai
8) haemin Haryana high court k adovocates k bare mai batayen, taki hum apna case agae proceed kar sake

In high court we were given time to talk to each other without the presence of our lawyers or family members. we spoke for almost two hrs. My husband then said in the court room that he would like to try and reconcile by staying togeter for a few days. The court then gave a date after 2 weeks. My hasband was supposed to take us to his house in august first week but seeked time from court saying he as not able to arrnge a house in Banglore. Now he is supposed to come by 3rd of sept. Meanwhile we are in touch through calls on mobile. he answers my calls bu doesnt call. he is now also saying that he is thinking of withdrawing the divorce petition. He says will stay together for our daughter(3yrs old). ad let our relation take its own time. My query to you sir/madam is
1)If he doesnot take us as he said in the court what course of action will the high court take further
2)If after a few days he decides not to stay with me and our daughter without withdrawing the case, what course of action will the high court take further.
3) What is to be done if he withdraws the case but refuses to stay together.
Next date in high court is next week and in lower family court is 16 sept 2013

my name rosy I was married on dated 16.5.2010. my brother was married on dated 6.10.2011. my brother wife files 3 time dowry & dv case against family including me at jind Haryana. all time decision gave by officers in favour of us. now she registered a FIR against us. after investigation brother was arrested by police. other members released by police. I totally mentally, socialy & financially harressed by her. i m also a employee. i have attendance record, officers decision report. plz guide can i file a case of maanhani against her from una district court himachal pardesh

My brother was married 6th October 2011 & working in a private factory as labour. brother wife just 5 days was stay with us she is in police at panipat. my mother is handicap with legs bco'z her weight approx. 100 kg. my one sister is unmarried. my father is running a kariyana store. she wants to settled with brother at panipat. due to these problems my brother refuse her proposal. after that she started mentally torture my brother & my family. many times her higher officer mentally torture us through phone calls. then we complaint ssp Yamuna nagar. now phone calls are stoped. on dated 12th jan 2012 my father DISINHERIT my brother due to these problems. my bother file a case sec. 9 in district court jagadhri on dated 29th jan 2012. brother wife file a case in may 2012 towards protection officer at jind against brother & family members. protection officer give decision in favour of us after investigation. in dec. 2012 she again file case towards women cell against us & in march 2013 file case in sadar thana narwana. both cells gave decision in favour of us. now she fila a case of divorce at jind & Registered F.I.R ( Dhara 498a/ 406/ 323/ 452/ 506/ 148/ 149) at sadar thana, narwana under private complaint under 156(3). after investigation DSP release my family. but my brother suffer in jind jail 3 days. he is out of jail after 3 days on jamanat. police recover all the gift iteams from my house given by brother in laws. but brother wife not returned our jewellery items. she wants 1.00 lacs rs. for mutual divorce & compromise. but we refuse that. we wants justice through court. now the date of 498a case is 10/10/2013 & divorce case date is 4/9/2013. plz suggest us my family too much harressed by brother wife. so all family members decided to fight against her. we wants justice. we wants back our jewellery& fight against her graddy & criminal behaviour & false cases in high court Chandigarh. we have all evidence & documents. plz guide us. I want take step against misuse of dowry act & DV act.

Hi friends
i am married on 27th November 2012 after this my life going in trouble. she is belonging to rich family from me, so she is demanding. and i couldn't able to complete his demands from my salary, she demand standard bike, house. but this things are out of my earning limits. She is behaving me badly, abusing, beating with her nails. told me about her relationships before marriage. And told me she don't live with me. she live only for her family. She living only for 2-3 year after some year she don't live with me. and don't care of me & my younger brother. not making tea/breakfast, lunch & dinner. also properly maintain house cleaning. If any relative come at our home then she don't talk/respect to my relative, also not giving tea/water. i complained to my mother-in-law for this but she also not listing me and told me that she talking samajh jayegi, abhi karne do, hum samjha denge,. she destroyed my important papers, computer system, wrist watch & many other things in house. few jewelry lost by her as per her word but i doubt on her due before this it didn't happened in our house. She called on mobile to her family and told that i am beaten her. his brother giving me warning to murder/beaten me and also distroy my life by the blaming of demand of dowry case. on 24 july 2013 she went from my home(matrimonial home)with her brother and told me she never return back and taken all the jewelry with my jewelry also (without knowledge of me). So, I submitted a complained on 25th July 2013 in our area polic station written on normal paper. Also filled RCR Section-9 of Hindu marriage act on 3rd Aug 2013. After this i am trying to found the reason of her cruel behavior. and searching the details about her. One mobile no. provided her by me after marriage, and i found a contact no. from her itemised called detail she talking on this no mostly & maximam call duration near about 1 hour. I called on that no and talk to the person and asking about him & my wife. firstly he didn't talk to me but after talking that he talk her near about one hour and u told me your don't know her, then he tald me about her phyiscal relationships(when my wife is 15 year old girl) & abusing me. So, now i don't want to live with her. And her family talking in society that i beaten her/ not giving house hold items, they filled case against me of DV & demand of dowry.
I feel that Her family already know about her behavior & relationships, So they married her with me (i am lived single without My family). I think may be she is Mentally weak but how can i found.
Please suggest what can i do to save my life & talking divorce without paying mintanance.

Property issue , divorce in progress
I have filed for divorce due to my wifes cheap character & her constant threatening to do suicide , creating havoc whenever caught telling lies esp when hiding something.
Anyways , I bought a flat last year & it was bought in joint name since the bank pressed that loan can availed only on join name however only i am paying the EMIs till now.
Now she we just sold gold , both mine & hers to get this flat. Her share is about rs 2 laks & mine is rs 7 laks in the initial purchase. She also knows that the whole digusting situation has come because of her cheap activities however she is ok since no hard eveidence.
But she also knows that i am difficult person to deal with when i am correct at my place. she knows i will not see even the kids face entire life if she goes ahead with more cheapness.
So i have email communications where she has agreed that i will give back her 2 laks & also the loss occured due to sellintg the gold & she will have no say in the flat. Also I will provide for the kid cause after all the kid is mine too.
But i think now she is worried abt 2 things, her family thinking that definetly she has done something since i have gone so much ahead in everything & they also know her cheap past which has been brought up in earlier fights however i compromised to forget it & lead a good life.
Second , it looks like she has plans that if do not back down which i wont she will harass me for divorce & also my flat in some way.
I got an answer in another post that I can file a separate case for the flat since i am the major contributor. Apart from initial 7 laks i have been paying EMIs since more than year which itself is more than 3 laks , i am also paying EMI for the personal loan i took for this flat , i am paying auto loan. I did everything a person can do to make his family happy however life has turned out this way to me.
Anyways i dont want to loose any property to such a person, please guide/advice.
