This is about some pratical issue.One lady has some property in her own name. she has three sons and two daughters. she's willing to give her property to her daughter because she only provides the accommodation to her. all of four against for this matter. what is procedure to transfer the property ?

My brother wife is torturing us from day one of her marriage saying that we are harassing her for dowry. They got married 4 year ago and having a baby of 2.4 years old. within 4 years of marriage life they change 5 houses just because of her fight with husband and neighbors and around 3 month ago again she complained in the police station saying that we are harassing her, but the true is that immediately after marriage of 2 months they gone out and staying separately and there is no contact with us only my elder brother comes and go. the case went to the woman cell in hyderaabad where they counseled both my brother and his wife and said to keep her long away from your current location as they where staying in our locality, brother did the same but again she started fighting with my brother immediately saying u have affair with new neighbor and told their brother and they came to my brother place and bitten the husband of that lady and my brother owner made him to vacate the house in 2 months and again he has taken the house for rent to stay with her again she started the same story and day before yesterday she went to the police station and said that my husband is beating her for dowry and they arrested him from the pick point of there office, after which they tried to counsel them but she did not agree d and went to her mothers house carrying daughter. After when brother reached his house the owner of the house locked the room and forced him to vacate the house immediately as her wife is making lot of nuisance with the neighbor and with you also and police are coming to our house. with that my brother vacated the house and taken all his house hold goods to her house saying that presently they thrown the things out and there is no place to keep but they came on us for beating us and started beating us and complaint against us saying as i complained against them regarding dowry due that they came and thrown all the household goods and trying to beat us and again police taken us and filed a petty case of drunk and nuisance case as we are student and working guys we did not do that. and we request police to put enqury they said its not possible. now we not getting any thing what to do and handle the situation. please advice us on it. because i have my younger brother and sister there life will be spoiled just because of it.

Request experts to guide me.
I have filed Divorce petition in February 2012 and my wife also filed for Divorce petition in Family court,Later she has changed it to Judicial separation,both the cases are clubbed together.In July 2013 we have finished cross examination of my wife (Mine got completed in February).After the cross examination my wife side has put addition evidence in court(which is exactly opposite to what has been revealed during cross examination).While admitting further evidence Judge has passed observation (Its recorded as part of separate order) "When time is ripe for disposal of the case respondent knowingly submitted additional docs to delay the case further".My wife has actually travelled abroad last month after court has granted her permission to move the kid outside India(Earlier i have taken restraining order for the same).My question is how long the opposite lawyer can keep producing additional evidence and will the court wait for 1 or 2 year when she comes back?
Can i approach High Court for expediting the course?
To add further
We have filed objections against her additional evidence and is slated for arguments, which they are delaying since last 2 dates.Her side lawyer pleads for time on some or other pretext.

SIR I WANT TO TELL THAT MY WIFE HAS EXTRA MARTIAL RELATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE.LAST TIME WHEN I CAUGHT HER AND CALLED THE PERSON AT HOME TO MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND BUT MY WIFE CALLED POLICE. THE POLICE CAME AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE HER UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM BUT SHE REFUSED TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND ASKED THE POLICE TEAM TO IMPLICATE ME IN DOWRY AND TEASING CASE.THE POLICE ASKED HER WHETHER I HAVE BEATEN UP SHE SAID NO.NOW SIR I AM TOTALLY IN DEPRESSION.SIR I HAVE THREE KIDS THEY ARE GETTING GOOD EDUCATION AND I DONT WANT TO SPOIL THEIR FUTURE.MY WIFE DOES NOT BEHAVE WELL WITH MY 70 YEARS OLD MOTHER.SIR NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO SAVE FUTURE OF MY CHILDREN . MY WIFE S RELATIVES ARE NOT GOOD THEY ALWAYS TRY TO PROVOKE HER TO TAKE THIS TYPE OF ACTIONS AND SHE ALWAYS TRY TO THREAT ME AND SAY I WILL PUT YOU BEHIND THE BARS.SIR SO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

R/sir,
after ex party divorce digree in favour of husband. by wife put up application O9 R13 with u/s 24 Hindu Marrige act.
In divorce case wife is appear and file reply after 4 hearing not appear than ex party order.
The femily court in application O9 R13 is pendig and first hering is application u/s 24
my q is above condition in u/s 24 is menteneble or not? I am fevour of husband

Finally with the grace of God my ex-father in law was directed by Hon'ble Court to get my the baby on 13-09-2013 so that i can see my baby after four year.Please advise how to take her care as it is first time we will see each other as i have seen her at the time of her birth She is 4 only & may be she might be brainwashed by my ex-inlaw alongwith my divorced wife against me ,how i will handle & take her care i love her.The appointment will b in court only.

......30 months lapsed after DVC filed
.......... DVC is at cross stage of wife
3. Initial prayer DVC
a. Protection order
b. Compensation for mental & physical cruelty.
Amendment prayer in DVC
a.15000 maintenance
b. Separate residence
c. Jwellery as streedhan.
4. In brief events while Dvc was in progress
a. Husband got married 2nd time.
b. Husband declared monthly income if Rs 5000/-,
They cannot prove husbands income other than

c. During cross wife admitted to be well qualified &

1. Does amendment change cause of action / nature of case.Is amendment belated.
