Help required urgent- plz help- domestic violence divorce

Respected Sir

I got married in 2008 and separated in 2010, but not yet divorced. Reason: Regular Mental harassment and 2-3 incidents of physical beatings due to which i took such extreme step.My family members tried to resolve, but he did not mend his ways. He is a lawyer and has filed a case of dissertion against me.I came to know from someone about this as we didnt receive any summon as me and my family has shifted from our hometown long back.

My parents called him up but he refuses to meet. We are in tight monetary condition and dont know about legal proceedings.Nor do we have so much time to fight legal cases as my we live in a different city.
We want compensation, atleast what was spent on my marriage and out of court settlement.

I find myself alone and helpless- Please guide me.

Regards
Mitali.

Foreign notarised power of attorney is valid in india?

A party from foreign country wants to give power of attorney for proceedings in divorce case in family court of India.
Que-1: POA deed executed and notarized by foreign notary and then, it has registered in India. Is the Power of Attorney valid in the eye of law?
Que-2: POA deed has executed and notarized by foreign notary but, it has not attested/authenticated by authorities of foreign country and not legalised by Indian embassy/consulate to the foreign country, then it is valid or not? Kindly know me if any Judgment or Law exist.
Que-3: Is it mandatory the POA deed attested/authenticated by Indian Embassy/Consulate to the foreign country u/s.3 of the Consular and Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act? Kindly know me if any Judgment exist.

Query

Hi
Requesting Experts to please provide guidance.
I had purchased 2 bhk flat jointly with wife. However now there is no chance of staying together. We had given this flat on rent. Now she has removed tenants from there without my knowledge and she is moved in a different city.
All sets of keys are with her. Flat is mortgaged with a bank and original papers are with bank.
I am first owner.
Down payment was done by both (50 - 50).
Jointly paying EMIs(50-50) . Loan agreement is on both our names. Flat is on both our names.
I need my share along with appreciation and I am not interested in her share.
What are legal options available to me?
I have filed divorce petition but not included property matter in my prayer as I dont want to focus on this issue during divorce proceeding. If she raises up then its a different issue.

My 6 year old child is also with me as she chose to leave him with me. I am taking care of my child from past 2 years.

Kindly guide me.

Woman police enquiry and parihar family counselling centre(police)

my daughter ( herein after called as X )and son-in-law ( herein after called as Y )are not in good terms since 4 1/2 years of their marriage. Many times they have quarelled. For every quarell Y is responsible. Now X doesn't want to live with Y as she has given him lot of chances. On 31-07-2013 Y picked up a quarell in X's house and assaulted X and her Parents.
We lodged a police complaint in the local police station for assault and approached woman police station for seperation. woman police station called X and Y's family on 03-08-2013 and tried for counselling but my daughter X did not agree and said she does not want to live with Y under any circumstances here after wards. Woman police Inspector referred the matter to Parihar which is a NGO meant for family counselling. Y approached Parihar and obtained a date i.e 26-08-2013 for counselling and sent a notice from Parihar. My daughter X does not want to attend Parihar under any circumstances. We want to approach a lawyer and file divorce case against Y in the family court in another couple of days. Woman police are telling you go and attend Parihar for second counselling and comeback at 4pm to police station . Y is bringing jewelles you take that and we will close the case stating that the matter will be takenup in civil court.
Our question is is it a must that X should attend Parihar or can X keep away from parihar. If X keep away from parihar what will be the consequences ?. We want to file Domestic violence case against Y as well as divorce on crime on Y. police is telling file 498a but we are not interested in 498a as its success is only 2%. Y is a notorious roudy and has got lot of influence with police and politicians.
Experts pls advice us we are in big problem. X doesn't want to see Y face even for a second and she hates to go to Parihar.
