Dear experts,i am facing dv and my case is reffered to mediation cell.what is mediation cell and what will happen in mediation cell?

mediation cell is for mediation so that the dispute could be settled amicably. Its just a counselling cell so no need to fear or be in panic.

If both party agree for settlement, Mediator will file Consent Term/, So case gets Over. If u both do not agree, he will send negative Report, so case will start.

Mediation means an honest effort to bring both parties to reach to mutually agreed settlement.
