Dear Expers,
New Year Greetings,
Pl guide us in dv case wife filed dv case against husband and in- laws in July 2013, the local court issued summons and respondents attended the court in Sept-2013 last week and postponed date on 03.01.14, again postponed date third week of this month, but the respondent not yet filed any counter.
Actually how long it will take, we requested for residential order, because the respondents not allowing the wife and her kid, petitioner lawyer saying wait for some, some loopholes in the law
Can u guide us what to do , can we request directly the judge what is happening

pl guide us in Domestic violence case if wife filed the case in July 2013, the court summons issued to respondents attend the 3rd week of Sept 2013 and court gave the next date on 3rd Jan 14, again respondents attended the court the next date was last week of this month,just i am wondering the the respondent not yet filed any counter can u tell us what is the procedure in dv case is there any time limit, actually how long it will take, we asked for residential order because the husband and in laws are not accepting the wife and kid to the matrimonial house since last one year
can we request judge directly what is happening in this case, can u guide in this regard what to do

Hello,
I am from Bangalore. I got married to Goa Girl in Goa on Sep-2011 (2 yr 3 months ago). After marriage we both stayed in bangalore for more than one year.
Now, we both decided to go for mutual divorce. We do NOT have any child.
My Question:
Can we get divorce decree in Bangalore family court? Is it come under Bangalore Jurisdiction?
I am asking this que because We have married in Goa and in Goa "Portuguese law" is applied.
I also got some reference which has positive answer for my que.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I got married in 2009 and in 2012 we blessed with a kid. From the begining we are not happy to each other but doing compromising. Now the situation is neither I nor she can bear to each other. we found that we should live our life independently. At this stage we want to split with full respect of each other feelings. I am a software engineer and my wife had done B.Ed then MA (Economics) but unemployed. I want to take some sugestion through this portal which are as follows:-
[1]. Do I need to give any maintenance money to her. If yes, how much and for how long?
[2]. I think I can give better education to my kid, what is the probability to keep the kid with me?
[3]. What is the process to submit a request in the court.

I am male and i have filed divorce case in tamilnadu around 18 months ago. My wife's lawyer inquired me in the court. i said i can not live with her and i need divorce.
After that with the help friends we had a several round of discussion and decided to live together.
Now we would like to withdraw our petition. please let me know the procedure.
Do we need to withdraw it or we can leave it ? will the case get closed automatically, if we don't do anything?

my wife leave the matrimonial house on dated 22-04-2013 and after some months she send the notices and demand for interim maintenance on dated 20-12-2013. But she left the house without any reason always irritated me to leave my mother and father but i am unable to leave. so due to this reason she left my father house. Sir tell me please what should i do and pls give the guidlines. Sir i am having two childrens Baby Vaishnavi (7years) and Baba Devanshu (5 years old)and both are staying with us because my mother-in-law had gave boths of us aggarbatti chatke so they are underpressure they don't want to stay with his mother.

i am a muslim living in dubai, i was married to a muslim woman on 07-12-2009 according to muslim shariah law at my place in mahaboonagar,A.P.INDIA, i left to dubai to join my job on 29-12-2009. in the month of march-2010 my wife left my house without saying any thing to me to her brothers house( she is an orphan )only reason she left was " i had objected her to go to his brothers house on the occasion of her brothers engagement, because she was pregnant at that time and their brothers financial condition is not good " so then their brother and uncle came to my house they had taking away my wife without my permission and they were threatened that they would file cr.cases on me and my family. at that time i have made correspondence to police office by way of making an application to save my marriage and police came to my rescue and matter was settle down by sitting the panchayat of both the family members.
at the panchayat my wife wants to stay at her brothers house only she doesn't want to come to my house and she also states that my family members never torture her in any manner, so i have agreed to her wish and i had sent money to her bank ac. from dubai and she stayed at her brother house till she delivered a baby girl.
after this she again started playing with me and black mailing me on phone.... if i couldn't take her back to dubai she would commit suicide..... i am helpless in this situation and i have inform about this to the panchayat head but those people are not shown any interest in it.
at last i have pronounce divorce to her in the presence of QAZI in hyderabad, A.P. INDIA on 30-09-2012 and got the divorce certificate from AP WAQF Board and informed the divorce issue to my ex-wife through registered post and send the IDDAT period maintenance in the form of DD to her.
right now on 16-09-2013, my ex-wife approached the women cell at mahabubnagar, made complaint against myself, my brother-in-law, my sister, my mother, and my sister(widow) by stating that my brother-in-law had taken Rs.1,10,000.00 by his uncle for my job upliftment in dubai on 09-12-2009. further she states that my brother-in-law is the whole and sole person who has taken responsibility of her at the time of marriage.
my mother and my sister(widow) uses to beat her and demands her for add.dowry.
she also states that i didnot inform her on my departure to dubai on 29-12-2009 and later i didn't contact her till this date. she further states that after knowing this her uncle made an inquiry regarding my back ground they found i had been married earlier with two different girls. this cause we hide with her at the time of my marriage.
above are the allegations on me and my family.
can any one please help on this issue with references.....
