Maintenance under section 125 crpc

my wife leave the matrimonial house on dated 22-04-2013 and after some months she send the notices and demand for interim maintenance on dated 20-12-2013. But she left the house without any reason always irritated me to leave my mother and father but i am unable to leave. so due to this reason she left my father house. Sir tell me please what should i do and pls give the guidlines. Sir i am having two childrens Baby Vaishnavi (7years) and Baba Devanshu (5 years old)and both are staying with us because my mother-in-law had gave boths of us aggarbatti chatke so they are underpressure they don't want to stay with his mother.

try approaching a mahila mandal in your locality / or approach the court of law..

Try to have amicable solution. Take help of relatives of both sides and effective people of the society. If no solution arrived, Take help of some lawyer and reply the notice.

You can involve family elders to make her understand your points and to get her back.
If all else fails then you can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

1. You should reply to the notice denying all allegations.

2. You have to decide what you want, you want to stay with this lady or not. In either case, you should try to sort out the matter amicably.

3. I am much against filing to Restitution of Conjugal Rights, that would make sure that she would file cases against you.

Also, you have not mentioned, whether there are any children in this marriage or not, what do you want out of this relationship.
