my wife made complaint in CAW cell regarding dowry and harrasment and asked for return of stri dhan. I returned her stri dhan. The date at whch the stridhan was returned she gave in written that she did not want any action on her complaint and complaint should be closed completely. She also wrote that in future that she will not make any complaint against me related to dowry in any govt. agency.
In the closure report of CAW cell investigation officer had written that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and are living separatley. In his closure report, CAW cell investigation officer also wrote no action is required at this stage. CAW cell investigation officer also wrote that complaint should be closed which is signed by himself, ACP and DCP of the CAW cell.
sir I have got this closure report and all related documents through rti. In closure report of CAW cell, the complaint is closed. Prior to CAW cell my wife has also made a complaint in local police station regarding dowry and harrasment and I was given clean chit in closure report of local police and no case was registered.
Now I have two closure reports one of local police station and another of CAW cell. I have got these reports through RTI.
I have also statement of my father in law which he has given in local police station. In his statement my father in law has stated that neither my parents nor me have neitherr demanded any dowry nor mentally or physically harassed his daughter. I have got this statement copy through RTI.
Can my wife again make a complaint realted to 498 in any govt. agency? My divorce case has also been started.

Hi sir,
Muslim Husband and wife took divorce out of Court according to their personal law.Their family members forced them for divorce. But after only one month Both wanted to residing together again.
Whether their is any provision in Muslim Law regarding restitution again after divorce?
Please suggest any remedy.

mere husband ne basane ka case lgaya hai court me.lekin address galat likhwaya hai.uski ek sunvai ho chuki hai.hume ab pta chala hai.kya mai iske against f.i.r krwa skti hu.ya iska kya aur benefit liya ja skta hai.abhi bhi adress galat hai aur mujhe sammm nai mile.mere husband aise krke degree lena chahte hai

I AM CA FINAL STUDENT. ONE OF MY CLIENT IS LIVING IN HUF PROPERTY. ONE OF COPARCENER HAVING WATER CONNECTION AND ELECTRIC MOTOR DO NOT ALLOW FRESH WATER TO MY CLIENT. MY CLIENT WANTS TO INSTALL ELECTRIC MOTOR ON THEIR PIPES SEPARATELY. IN CASE ON NON-ALLOWABILITY , WHERE CAN WE FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM UNDER WHICH SECTION BY TAKING INTO CONFIDENCE OF LOCAL M.C. .EG. HUMAN RESOOURCE CELL AT CHANDIGARH.

Hi Experts,
Just to update you I had applied for RCR and in the RCR mediation my wife agreed for MCD. The mediator has asked us to file the petition under 13-B of HMA 1955 and asked my wife and me to come and complete the MOU tomorrow.
Mediator asked one of the advocate to draft the 13-B petition and I proactively told that my lawyer will draft the petition and will be sent to my wife's Lawyer 4 days prior to D-Day. Now her lawyer is playing tricks picking no calls and not letting us know what is what.
Now on Friday the mediators have asked us to complete the MOU.
My advocate has suggested that we will apply for Mediation MOU plus the 13-B petition and request judge to get the waive of cooling period 6 months. Is that practically works the case is based out of Family court Bangalore
Now my questions:
1. I am quite sure that my wife and wife's lawyer will play trick again to close this case stating that MCD with financiali settlement.
2. I know after signing she will delay things, If she delays things and following every one round there, Can I file the contested divorce or during the MOU signing shall I ask that my wife should complete the first motion and second motion jointly without delaying.
3. In my 13-B petition I have indicated that I have applied for RCR and MOU is enclosed.
4. In my 13-B petition I have indicated that I will be making a post dated cheque at the time of first motion evidence . The date will be decided based on second motion date, I am planning to give the date as Second motion hearing date + 7 days, presuming if my wife dont turn up I can instruct my bank for stop payment and inform Judge citing above reason. Is this a right strategy?
5. Could you please let me know what should be there in MOU prepared by mediator on Friday? If I am not happy can I ask mediator to modify?
6. The Judge has given my wife next week last date to submit the Objections.
7. Has the mediator has right to draft the MOU or this has to be done by lawyers?

we are working in Chennai. both are from Bihar, got married in Patna/Bihar. where we can file our divorce, in Chennai or Patna?

i filled for divorce in sep 2012 on cruelty and adultry grounds and she filed maintenance u/s 24 and 26 in nov 2012. girl child born in Feb 2013. she filed 498a/406 in July 2013 on 06 relative including husband and husband granted AB from Rajasthan high court in oct 2013. others name removed by police , till the time she forbidden to join at all police and court. then she taken items as streedhan from police station.
she sent a letter against husband to grant maintenance in his Air Force Unit, unit asked him to rply then called her to be present in office. suddenly here she said that she willing to join now for shake of daughter but here she was still telling lies continuous. she also argued with husband and said that she will come to harash him.
here it was settled that first she will draw her 498a case, submitting truth in written in front of police and court and will give/ admit custody of her jewellary with her.
I think it was one of her plan because she didn't called after 3 weeks to husband and not responding of husband's call. i know she don't want to be continue but what to do as she keeps daughter in front of her lies and all sympathy goes her. please help what to do.
challan will be submitted in court in jan-feb 2014.
