Will a xerox copy of type set of documents filed by Father in law be used as evidence to prove his pension details before the family court.
HC copy section not providing certified copy of typeset of documents but only unofficial copy.

what is the difference between hindu marriage act and hindu adoption and maintenance act in terms of maintenance? can we claim maintenance under all the three i.e crpc also?

Sir I have seen a query on the form wheren it is mentioned that his anticipatory bail got rejected in the swession court on the grounds of dowry articles is still pending.
In our case we are not going to fulfil the demand on inflated list and I don't thinks this girl's side will accept the genuine list due to bad intentions. Does it mean that they have intentions to putting us behind bars?
We will come to know when the file moves for FIR with influence in CAW cell but what if they do not accept the genuine list ....

my wife along with my five year daughter have left me for the last 1.5 years for which i have filed petition under Sec.9 HMA to bring her back but she is not willing to come due to her mind totally washed by her parents and interference in our family.....The court has also send our matter for meditation but she never turned up on any date of mediation ....further i also filed petition to get visiting rights for my daughter in return of which she EVENTUALLY filed false complaint against me and get registered the FIR for the same under Sec.498A, 406 & 34 ....now the IO is been investigating the allegations made by my wife against me..........So sir now I want to confirm that since now she has lodged FIR against me under the said criminal cases so should it be right for me to withdraw my Sec.9 HMA petition filed by me or should i let that be continue to benefit and take my case into strong side????????????????????????

If there is any misrepresentation of property status of parents of the spouse can the other party get the marriage annulled on the ground of fraud. Say if it is an arranged marriage and if wife and her parents falsely stated that they are living in their own residential apartments which was found to be false after marriage.

i need your help to solve my problem.
Meri shadi Dec 2011 me hui thi.shadi ke 4-5 mahine k baad,mere sasural wale mere upar mentally torture krne lage aur mere parents ko mujhse milne nhi dete the aur agar wo mujhse milne aate the to unke sath bura behaviour krte the.meri sister-in-law mujh par hath bhi uthati thi aur mere liye bad words ka use krti thi.M delhi ki hu, isliye mujhe ultra modern kah kar mujhe character-less khti thi and she is a lawyer in rudrapur court.She said that if you filed any FIR and case against us, so that you will pay for it because i know the crime and its solution to how come out from it. After that, mere sasural walo ne mujhe april 2012 m ghar se bahar nikal diya. iske baad,may 2012 ko m apne sasural wapis gai magar mujhe ghar m nhi ghusne diya gaya and my husband is also with his parents. After that,on 21 april my husband filed section-9 against me for restitution of conjugal rights and raise false implications on me and my parents to save himself from section-498a, which will filed from my side.
Please sir guide me what should i do against my in laws and one of them is lawyer, who is the main executor.please help me.

Dear Sir,
There are some new laws amended from the month of March 2012 regarding early divorce i.e within a month. Is this true ? If the petition is filed jointly, couple should not have to wait for six months, they get the divorce within a month. Please comments.

Interim custody, child is suffering from tb
I had imposed custody case on my wife for my female child who is 2.5 years old. Court gives me time to meet with child in ecah saturday at court premises. Now today when my wife came with child, she says that the child is suffering from TUBARCLOSIS (TB). Please tell me how can I get checked that she is suffering from TB ? Can I treat her in a superspeciality hospital ? Can I get temporary costody for treatment ?
