i got married in month of feb 2012 my wife was with me only 3 days nw she is not coming at all, all elders convenceing over .. how can file for divorce

was marriage consummated? if not file for annullment of marriage

Non-consummation alone is not a ground for annulment, it should be due to the impotency of the respondent.

You can file divorce alonwith an application u/s 14 of HMA.
