You have not mentioned whether the property is self acqired or ancestral in your query.

You have to first get legal adivse from your nearest available lawyer if a father (who cannot marry his daughter) can adopt child of daughter.

You cannot be deprived of your share if property is ancestral or if your parent make no will depriving you.

Almost every couple targets one child to be victim of discrimination. Please look around if any of your relative is excetion. This is law of nature.

Sudhir kumar is right. How can grandson be adopted and after adoption held to be son. Lady is very much disturbed. Personally i would advise her to totally forego/ignore parents and be caring and devoted wife. Now if it is her husband who is instigating her, God save the lady.
