Rti opinion and advises

Sir,
I approached Sub Registrar in Tamilnadu seeking certain information regarding my land sales.I asked the queries and asked them to clarify my queries through the information available in Government records. But the PIO replied to all queries that "Opinion cannot be given as per RTI act" and rejected my RTI application. I asked them to clarify my queries but the PIO gave reply like this. Does Opinion and advises cant be seek through RTI?. Kindly clarify my issues..

I asked the following queries under RTI
1.Whether Patta will be considered as a Title document?
2.Who will be considered as a owner of land. WHETHER the name of person in Title deed or name of person in Revenue documents?
3.Do revenue documents is alone accepted for land registration?

For all the above queries the PIO replied Opinion cannot be given under RTI
Government definitely might have setup rules and guidelines for land registration. In those rules the above queries might have answers.those can be given as information right.

Kindly clarify it please

Forming of sub - committee

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to know who can be appointed as a sub committee member by the managing committee in a housing society in maharashtra.

The managing committee has appointed someone in the sub committee who is merely staying with his parents and is not the owner of the flat and only recently was made a nominal member after his appointment in to the subcommittee. Is his appointment legal.

In the last AGM the person who was not the owner of the flat but was only staying with his parents came to attend the meeting and had not registered his presence in the AGM register since he has no right to vote in society matters but was made a subcommittee member. Request you to please let me know if this is legal.

Thanking you .

Legal validity of notice period in employment

Dear sir/madam,

I have resigned from my current organization where notice period is 3 months but I am asking them to relieve me in 2 months and for rest 1 month, I am ready to pay amount. However, management and HR of the company are not agreeing and they are saying that you will have to serve 3 months notice period compulsory and no option of buy out. Even in terms of employment contract it has mentioned that 45 days buy out option is available with manager approval but not no body is agreeing to give the approval. They clearly told that you will have to serve 3 months notice period without any single day relaxation. What remedy I have to leave early from the organization??

How to sue an educational institute

Hello Members
Need your expert guidance in filing a case against an well known institute.
My sister enrolled for CFP having head office in USA. At time of registration there was an office in India - FPSB India.
Later on during the course, they closed Indian branch and handed over all controls and administration to USA head office.
During admission they offered a degree called AFP on clearing the 4 exams and CFP degree if student clears 5th exam (CFP was optional).
Later on without any notice they stopped providing AFP recognition and compelling to complete 5th exam in order to get some degree.
I have all strong evidences against them, under Indian Contract act & fraud as they provided false information later on too.

Now how I can proceed to sue them.

Eligibility for obtaining ncl obc certificate

Hello Experts,

I am Sanjay age 32 working in private company. I am getting confused is i am eligible to get OBC NCL certificate or not. I want to apply for Government exam and want to know that from you expert.

My caste listed in the central list OBC from UP state "Ahir, Yadav". My father was employed/joined in the Indian Air force as Airmen(lower rank) after 15-20 year of service he has been promoted to JWO(junior warrant officer) , which comes under group B officers with class-II gazetted status and later he retired in 2017 August holding same position.
He is serving on pension as of now. I am not sure his salary before his retirement is matter anymore or not while deciding for OBC NCL.

Now I would like to know whether I am Eligible to obtain OBC NCL certificate or not

Please advise.
