Someone gave 2 Cheques to me without dates and said please deposit next month or by next month, but when I verified in the bank the banker said this account was already closed and the concerned person denied giving other running account cheques. so what do I have to do further? can I give a complaint at the police station? and how to proceed legally. please advise

I am pharmacist , i work in a medical shop , i worked in this farm for last 2 years , I had less money left that time for going for higher education. That's why I take this job, now I would like to go for higher studies but the owner does not give me release letter , even the drug office does not helping me , please help i have been facing this problem for last 2 months . Please any person help .🙏

I am the promoter in xyz ltd company and its 8.66% shareholder and 13% preference share also in company but in the real estate company is earn profit but since 1989 the director is not paid a single rent or any amount to me can i file a case to company or whats i have rights as promoter of a company

I live in a SRA building I take tuition in my house my neighbour passes abusive comment on the small girls who are 8 years and his wife too they have problem of me taking tuition and as student pass by obviously it's a normal tendency to look here and there the girl just passed and looked at him he used abusive words to her and was yelling like anything the same his wife whereas the wife keeps staring at my house and she was saying I will stop your tuition.

Sir i request you to please solve my problem regarding ews certificate...last year in 2021 i have made ews certificate...my father is no more and our residential home is on the name of my grandparents whose approximate area is 2500 square feet...my grandmother has 3 children...and property is undivided...but accroding to law property will be divided among three of their chilren so my mom and i got 800 square feet as a part of it...so they made the certificate last year on the basis of this thing and told me you are easily eleigible for ews...i got my certificate and then i fill all the exams in ews last year...but this year tehsildar and clerk both are new... they are not making ews and saying your property is undivided and we cant make ews on behalf of this...i showed them last year certificate and tell them grandfathers property is not included thats why they have made the certificate..they told me that we dont know how previous ones have made that but we will not issue this certificate to you...sir...i am in huge problem...two exams i have filled last year got cleared...but in punjab they also ask to show the latest certificate means this year's certificate...if i am unable to do so....i will be rejected and my all hardwork which i am.doing from past 2 years will go into vain...please help me....how can i make that certificate...and why he is not issuing the certificate this year...what will i do

Dear Sir,
I had given out my flat on L&L, Agreement was valid till March 2024 with 2 years of lock in. My tenant suddenly ran away without giving any notice. He took all the lights and my furniture along without my consent.
Please advise the next steps.

My family had accident in 2017 with truck , i lost my father. my mom, i got severely injured. we got lawyer he said that he could get us compensation up to 1 c. now case’s started (late Cause corona) he isn’t telling exactly how much compensation we could get ?
